How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Capacitymarriage Remodeling wants every homeowner to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Capacitymarriage Remodeling
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, prices, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Capacitymarriage Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@capacitymarriage.garden and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If you do not like our answer, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may also be able to help.
